Barney Hebert

Barney is a director in HORNE's healthcare services where he focuses on preparing providers for the healthcare delivery models of the future and improving the quality of healthcare delivery through data-driven quality improvement practices, culture change and physician engagement. Barney also specializes in strategic planning, organizing physicians into managed care entities such as Independent Practice Associations and Physician-Hospital Organizations, re-engineering practice structures and reviewing managed care contracts. He also plays an integral role in facilitating HORNE's new business development opportunities across all healthcare service lines especially in regards to creating and maintaining strong relations with healthcare attorneys through the firm's extensive commitment to the American Health Lawyers Association.

5 Key Takeaways From the ACLC/HIMSS17 Joint Conference

For the 1st time ever, HIMSS (the annual meeting place for all things health IT) and ACLC (Accountable Care Learning Collaborative) held a joint conference, in Orlando, Florida.  Suffice it to say it was a HUGE (no pun intended, Mr. President) event with over 40,000 (yes, 40K) attendees and 1,200+ exhibiting companies.
